Staging Kitchens

Staging your home before putting it on the real estate market can make the difference between a quick sale or having your home sit on the market for months.

When staging the kitchen, don't go overboard with your home decor, but minimize it. Remember that LESS is MORE! Counter tops do not need to be filled with vignettes, decor and appliances. Keep in mind that we are selling the space and the features of the home and not necessarily your belongings. The more counter top you see, the more spacious your kitchen will appear.

A STAGED kitchen is a SOLD kitchen!
