Is any house too small to stage?

It is our belief that every house should be staged, from low budget to multi million dollar home and everything in between.

There is always, always always something you can do to make a house look better.

In this home, we worked with home owner's belongings and it ‪#‎SOLD‬ within a day of being put on the market!

Every house can be prepared to look its best and sell for top dollar, regardless to size, price or condition.

Staging Kitchens

Staging your home before putting it on the real estate market can make the difference between a quick sale or having your home sit on the market for months.

When staging the kitchen, don't go overboard with your home decor, but minimize it. Remember that LESS is MORE! Counter tops do not need to be filled with vignettes, decor and appliances. Keep in mind that we are selling the space and the features of the home and not necessarily your belongings. The more counter top you see, the more spacious your kitchen will appear.

A STAGED kitchen is a SOLD kitchen!

Have a Seat, Please!...

The reason for creating sitting areas in strategic places is to draw out emotions in buyers. We want them to visualize themselves sitting and reading a book, having a cup of coffee or enjoying a conversation.
When you can provoke that emotional connection between the buyer and the house, you are that much closer to receiving an offer.

Make it work!

There are times in which certain item in the house can not be moved until the house sells. So how can we work around that specific item and make things work?

In this case, we had a HUGE couch that was taking most of the space in the room. The couch was to heavy to be moves and there was no place to store it. So, how can we work around it?

What we decided to do, is to use the couch and make this a game room. We removed the unnecessary stuff, brought a storage box that was in another room and used as a coffee table, we added a game of checkers to complete the scene and, voila! We now have a room that is perfect to be used as a game room. At the end of the day, the new home owners can use the space in this room for whatever they want, but our goal was to highlight this space and give it a purpose so buyers could see the possibilities. Did we achieve our goal? Of course we did! Take a look at the difference the we made...

The Ideal Time to Re-organize Your Home

I always find the New Year a great time to organize my own house. As I put away holiday decorations, I begin to feel motivated to clean, de-clutter and move around furniture to give my house a fresh new look.

An organized home has a higher perceived value than a non organized one if you are trying to sell. Organizing is the simplest and most affordable way to get your house ready for the market and increase its value!

As I meet with clients who are getting ready to put their house on the market, I always point out that this is the ideal time to sort their items and donate or sell unnecessary things. I encourage all to bless others with their unused and/or unwanted items if they have not been used in more than a year.

Organizing your home is a great way to simplify your life and increase your productivity.Have nothing in your house that you do not like, need or use and remember that LESS is MORE!

Home Staging for Selling During the Holidays

The holidays are here and for many realtors, the last quarter of the year is often the best for closing sales. The end of the year is a good time to sale. There is less inventory and more serious buyers. So, how to professionally stage a home during the holiday season while your home is on the market?

You may have some holiday decor set up. However, our recommendation is to reduce your holiday decor to a minimum. The goal is to have buyers be able to focus on the home itself and not on your Christmas Village or other collections. This can't be the year to pull all your treasured decor. This can be a distraction.

Yes, we still want to celebrate the holidays. Just remember that LESS IS MORE, so have one centerpiece on the table or a nice seasonal wreath to add color and a nice touch.

Keeping it simple is the way to prepare your home during the holiday season!
