There are times in which certain item in the house can not be moved until the house sells. So how can we work around that specific item and make things work?
In this case, we had a HUGE couch that was taking most of the space in the room. The couch was to heavy to be moves and there was no place to store it. So, how can we work around it?
What we decided to do, is to use the couch and make this a game room. We removed the unnecessary stuff, brought a storage box that was in another room and used as a coffee table, we added a game of checkers to complete the scene and, voila! We now have a room that is perfect to be used as a game room. At the end of the day, the new home owners can use the space in this room for whatever they want, but our goal was to highlight this space and give it a purpose so buyers could see the possibilities.
